Role Overview
The WFM / Data Analyst will manage WFM-related data, build reports and dashboards, and support forecasting, scheduling, and performance tracking. This role is ideal for someone strong in data, reporting, and analysis, with exposure to WFM operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain WFM and operational data
- Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Support forecasting, capacity planning, and scheduling activities
- Track key WFM metrics (adherence, utilization, shrinkage, productivity)
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and platforms
- Support the WFM Lead in identifying trends, risks, and improvement areas
- Work with Operations and Project Leaders to align data with business needs
Qualifications
- Experience in WFM, Data Analytics, or Operations Reporting
- Strong skills in data management and reporting tools (e.g., spreadsheets, BI tools)
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Comfortable collaborating with WFM Leads, Operations, and Project teams
- Understanding of traditional WFM concepts and where they apply
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with remote teams is a plus
