Role Overview

As a Customer Service Agent, you will serve as the frontline representative for our clients, delivering high-quality support across various channels. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience while working in a flexible, gig-based environment.

Qualifications

  • Provide customer support via voice, chat, and/or email channels
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate solutions based on client guidelines
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Accurately document customer interactions in the system
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics (e.g., response time, resolution rate, CSAT)
  • Adapt to different client programs, tools, and processes
  • Follow security and data privacy standards at all times

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, contact center, or support roles preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, gig-based setup
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, or holidays (depending on project needs)
