Role Overview
As a Customer Service Agent, you will serve as the frontline representative for our clients, delivering high-quality support across various channels. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience while working in a flexible, gig-based environment.
Qualifications
- Provide customer support via voice, chat, and/or email channels
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate solutions based on client guidelines
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Accurately document customer interactions in the system
- Meet or exceed performance metrics (e.g., response time, resolution rate, CSAT)
- Adapt to different client programs, tools, and processes
- Follow security and data privacy standards at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, contact center, or support roles preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Ability to work independently in a remote, gig-based setup
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, or holidays (depending on project needs)
