Role Overview
The Lead of Training will own the end-to-end training strategy, ensuring agents, leaders, and teams are enabled to perform at scale using modern learning methods and AI/LLM tools. You will define how training, AI, and operational excellence come together.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead global training and enablement strategy
- Design learning frameworks that incorporate LLMs and AI-powered tools
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize usage of different LLMs across workflows
- Partner with Operations, Platform, Client Services, and Leadership teams
- Ensure training programs directly support performance, productivity, and quality
- Build scalable onboarding, upskilling, and continuous learning programs
- Establish training KPIs and measure impact, adoption, and ROI
- Lead training governance, standards, and best practices
- Stay ahead of trends in AI, LLMs, and workforce enablement
- Act as an internal thought leader on AI-assisted training and performance
Qualifications
- Director-level or higher experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Enablement
- Proven experience working with multiple LLMs (e.g., AI tools, copilots, automation workflows)
- Strong understanding of how AI and LLMs can drive workforce performance
- Experience training remote and global teams
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical, usable training
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment
