Role Overview
The Project Manager will coordinate with internal teams, platform stakeholders, and clients to ensure smooth execution of projects. You’ll manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and communication to meet project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate with Operations, WFM, Platform, Training, Client Services, and Finance
- Track progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Facilitate project meetings, stand-ups, and status updates
- Ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment and consistently meet output requirements ahead of deadlines
- Strong collaboration skills; able to work closely with Operations and Project Leaders across multiple initiatives
- Drive accountability and follow-through across teams
- Identify blockers early and escalate when needed
- Ensure projects meet quality, timeline, and business objectives
- Maintain project documentation and reporting
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience leading complex projects or programs in operations, platforms, or service delivery
- Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives with clear ownership of delivery outcomes
- Strong command of execution planning, risk management, and cross functional coordination
- Comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders and driving alignment
- Proven ability to build structure, reporting rhythm, and clarity in fast moving environments
- Strong judgment and ability to prioritize under pressure
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experienced of working in an agile, fast-paced environment
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and outcome-driven
- Experience in operations, platforms, or service delivery is a plus
- AI and Tooling Familiarity
- Practical working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms for documentation, analysis, and workflow support
- Understand how automation and AI can reduce manual tracking, reporting, and coordination work
- Comfortable integrating new tools into team routines and improving how work gets done
