Platform Admin – Tools & Errors (PH)

Role Overview

The Platform Admin will be responsible for running the platform testing, handling errors, reviewing daily logs, monitoring platform analytics, and ensuring agent-reported issues are tracked and resolved. This role plays a key part in protecting agent experience and platform reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run and manage the day-to-day platform operations
  • Test and validate Agents Only (AO) tools and platform features
  • Proactively identify, document, and escalate platform errors, bugs, and usability issues
  • Review daily platform logs and operational data
  • Monitor Amplitude data to identify trends, drop-offs, and platform issues
  • Ensure agents receive timely responses when submitting concerns via Contact Us
  • Act as SME for AO tools, workflows, and platform behavior
  • Work with Operations, Product, and Project teams to support issue resolution
  • Support UAT for new platform features and updates
  • Maintain basic documentation and process notes as needed

Qualifications

  • Experience in platform administration, QA, analytics, tech support, or operations support
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools
  • Experience reviewing logs, platform data, or analytics dashboards
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude) is a strong advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to proactively raise issues
  • Comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, especially when translating issues to non-technical teams
  • Experience supporting agent- or user-facing platforms is a plus
  • Experience working with remote teams
