Role Overview
Agents Only is hiring a Digital Community & Brand Identity Manager to lead and modernize our visual identity, internal communications, and digital community engagement. This role ensures that every deck, training material, certification, one-pager, and digital.
The Digital Community & Brand Identity Manager will establish structure and consistency across visual assets, community engagement, and internal communications. This role moves Agents Only beyond ad hoc updates into a structured, recurring engagement cadence — including newsletters, town halls, structured announcements, and standardized communication flows.
You will serve as the steward of our visual and digital identity across both agent-facing and client-facing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Visual Standardization
- Standardize and modernize visual assets across all accounts
- Ensure brand consistency in decks, one-pagers, certifications, training materials, and learning assets
- Establish templates and brand guidelines for internal and external use
- Elevate design quality to reflect a modern, AI-enabled operating model
Digital Presence & Platform Identity
- Ensure consistent brand identity across:
- Social Media Accounts
- Internal and client-facing platforms
- Align messaging and visuals across channels
- Maintain a cohesive digital footprint that reflects innovation and professionalism
Community Engagement & Communications
- Establish a structured communication cadence across the agent base
- Design and manage:
- Recurring newsletters
- Town halls
- Structured announcements
- Internal updates
- Move communications from reactive/ad hoc to intentional and strategic
- Establish templates and brand guidelines for internal and external use
- Support leadership messaging and major announcements
Learning & Enablement Assets
- Design and refine Onboarding kits, Certification visuals, Playbooks, Learning and enablement materials
- Ensure materials are clear, visually strong, and scalable
Qualifications
- Strong background in brand management, digital communications, or community strategy
- Preferably with Marketing and Branding Experience
- Proven experience creating modern, cohesive visual systems
- Experience managing digital platforms and multi-channel communication
- Strong design eye (Canva, Figma, Adobe, or similar tools)
- Ability to balance strategy and execution
- Experience working in a remote or distributed organization
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, AI-forward environment
