Role Overview
The Lead of Client Services will serve as the primary executive point of contact for key clients, overseeing client satisfaction, operational alignment, and delivery excellence. You will work closely with internal leadership, operations, and project teams to ensure commitments are met and expectations are exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead executive-level client relationships across multiple accounts
- Act as the strategic liaison between clients, internal executives, and delivery teams
- Drive alignment across Operations, WFM, Platform, Finance, and Project Leaders
- Lead client governance, business reviews, and executive updates
- Ensure delivery against SLAs, KPIs, and commercial commitments
- Proactively identify risks, escalations, and growth opportunities
- Manage complex stakeholder communications with clarity and authority
- Support contract execution, renewals, and account expansion in partnership with leadership
- Set standards for client experience, communication, and service quality
- Represent Agents Only with professionalism and executive presence at all times
Qualifications
- Director or VP level experience in Client Services, Account Management, or Customer Success within BPO, platform, or tech enabled services
- Proven track record owning enterprise or global accounts with direct responsibility for revenue retention, growth, and margin
- Strong commercial acumen with experience structuring expansions, renewals, and complex deal conversations
- Ability to engage confidently with executive stakeholders and influence decision making
- Experience translating operational delivery into clear business value for clients
- Comfortable leading cross functional teams across operations, workforce, recruiting, and platform
- Experience working in remote and globally distributed environments
- High ownership mindset with the ability to make decisions, escalate when required, and protect delivery outcomes
- AI and Platform Familiarity
Practical understanding of AI enabled delivery models and human in the loop workflows
Able to articulate how automation, data annotation, or gig based models create value compared to traditional staffing
Comfortable using AI tools for client reporting, analysis, and preparation - AI and Tooling Familiarity
