Provide friendly, reliable support while enjoying the flexibility of setting your own schedule.
Work from home & set your own flexible schedule between 11am to 8pm EST. Monday to Sunday.
$400 Training Bonus: Complete your training and work on April 15th (Tax Day).
Referral Rewards: For every successful referral that will join March 30 or April 6 will receive $100!
As part of the Tax Intuit Project, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service. This includes addressing customer inquiries, resolving product-related issues, and guiding customers through Intuit Turbo Tax tools. You WILL NOT be providing any tax advice or calculations.
Competitive Pay: Earn $15 to $19 hourly rate with star rating bonus.
Training bonus: Receive a $400 bonus when you complete training and work on April 15th (Tax Day).
Performance rewards: Earn extra when you rank in the Top 10% of performers.
Set your own schedule: Work anytime between 11am to 8pm EST. Monday to Sunday.
Stay active: Log in at least 4 hours every 5 days to keep your profile active -- but you can work as much as you want.

Provide clear and empathetic assistance to customers using TurboTax products.
Help users navigate tax return software with confidence.
Offer top-notch service without needing an accounting background—we’ll train you!

A willingness to learn and help TurboTax users with their questions.
