Paste the required information in the Client Portal and save
You have the option to add a Gladly Team ID, which you will find in Settings > People > Teams. To find the Team ID, click on Edit. The ID will be the last segment of the URL.
You are all done if you see the following in the Gladly portal
Syncing Gladly Teammates
In the Agents tab of the Client Portal, click on the “Training” button of the agent whose status is ‘Pending. There will be a pop-up prompting you to enter the agent’s Gladly email.
