Role Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented and quality-driven Data Annotation Specialists to support AI and machine learning initiatives through accurate data labeling and evaluation. In this role, you will contribute to the development of intelligent systems by reviewing and annotating text, image, audio, video, and other forms of data according to project-specific guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Label, categorize, and annotate data following established project guidelines and quality standards.
- Review text, images, audio, video, or multimodal content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, and edge cases and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain productivity and quality targets while meeting project deadlines.
- Participate in calibration sessions and apply feedback to improve annotation accuracy.
- Follow data privacy, confidentiality, and security requirements.
- Document observations and communicate annotation challenges to project leads or quality teams.
- Adapt to changing guidelines and support various AI training and evaluation projects.
- Collaborate with global contributors and operational teams to maintain high-quality outputs.
Required Experience
- Previous experience in data annotation, content review, quality assurance, data entry, transcription, or related analytical work is preferred.
- Experience working with AI, machine learning, or data labeling platforms is an advantage.
- Familiarity with productivity and collaboration tools is beneficial.
- Experience in remote work environments is a plus.
