Role Overview
Agents Only Technologies Inc. is seeking a Technical Recruiter (LATAM) to support talent acquisition initiatives across Latin American markets. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and professional roles while building strong talent pipelines and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
The ideal candidate has experience recruiting across multiple LATAM countries and possesses strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and communication skills. This role works closely with sourcing teams, hiring managers, and operational stakeholders to support workforce growth and strategic hiring initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and professional roles across Latin American markets.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and workforce priorities.
- Develop sourcing strategies using multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and community networks.
- Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and evaluations.
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records within applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Support branding and community engagement initiatives when applicable.
- Stay informed about talent trends and market dynamics across LATAM.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with organizational standards and applicable market requirements.

Education/Expertise
