Role Overview

Agents Only Technologies Inc. is seeking a Technical Recruiter (EU) to support talent acquisition initiatives across European markets. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing qualified candidates for technical and professional positions while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.


The ideal candidate possesses strong sourcing and recruitment expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience hiring for technical roles across multiple European countries. This position collaborates closely with sourcing, operations, hiring managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality talent pipelines that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and professional roles across European markets.
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and workforce requirements.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates using multiple channels and platforms.
  • Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and evaluations.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between stakeholders and candidates.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records within applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Support employer branding and community engagement initiatives when applicable.
  • Stay informed about market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices across Europe.
  • Ensure recruitment activities align with compliance requirements and organizational standards.

Preferred Experience

Education/Expertise

Candidates with educational backgrounds or experience in one or more of the following areas are encouraged to apply:
