Role Overview

Agents Only Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior Sourcing Expert Lead to drive talent sourcing strategies and lead sourcing initiatives across multiple markets and programs. This role is responsible for identifying high-quality talent pipelines, optimizing sourcing processes, mentoring sourcing specialists, and supporting workforce growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate possesses strong sourcing expertise, analytical capabilities, and leadership skills. This role works closely with recruitment, operations, branding, and community teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified talent while maintaining a positive candidate experience and supporting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates across multiple markets and functions.
  • Lead and mentor sourcing specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social platforms, and community networks.
  • Partner with recruitment and operations teams to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Analyze sourcing metrics and provide recommendations to improve funnel performance and efficiency.
  • Drive innovative sourcing campaigns and market-mapping initiatives.
  • Support workforce planning and forecasting activities.
  • Ensure sourcing processes align with quality standards and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with branding and community teams to enhance employer branding and candidate engagement efforts.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging talent markets to identify new sourcing opportunities.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders and leadership teams.
