Role Overview
Agents Only Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior Marketing Lead to drive strategic marketing initiatives that support brand growth, community engagement, talent acquisition, and business development objectives. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, overseeing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen market presence and enhance brand visibility.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position works closely with branding, community, sourcing, operations, and leadership teams to support organizational growth across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and growth initiatives.
- Lead and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, content, and community platforms.
- Collaborate with branding, content, sourcing, and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign execution.
- Analyze campaign performance, audience engagement, and marketing metrics to optimize results.
- Drive community engagement initiatives and support talent acquisition marketing efforts.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Manage content calendars, campaign schedules, and marketing priorities.
- Oversee brand consistency across all communication channels and materials.
- Develop and monitor KPIs and provide regular reporting to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support strategic partnerships, events, and promotional initiatives as required.
- Mentor and provide guidance to marketing contributors and cross-functional collaborators.
