Quality Analyst

Role Overview

Agents Only Technologies Inc. is seeking a Quality Lead – Data Annotation (DAL) to oversee quality assurance across data annotation projects. This role is responsible for maintaining annotation quality, conducting audits, coaching annotation teams, analyzing performance trends, and driving continuous process improvements to ensure client and project standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits and ensure compliance with annotation guidelines.
• Monitor quality metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide coaching and feedback to Data Annotation Leads and annotators.
• Collaborate with Operations and Project Managers to resolve quality issues.
• Support calibration sessions, training, and quality documentation.
• Track KPIs and prepare quality reports.
• Promote continuous improvement across annotation projects.

Candidates with experience in one or more of the following are encouraged to apply:

• Data annotation or AI training projects.
• Quality assurance or quality auditing.
• Team leadership or coaching.
• Process improvement and performance reporting.
• Remote or distributed work environments.

Education/Expertise

Candidates with educational backgrounds or experience in one or more of the following areas are encouraged to apply:

• Operations Management

Equivalent professional experience may also be considered.
