Role Overview
As a Project Manager for Data Annotation Lab programs, you will coordinate people, timelines, and operational workflows to ensure projects are delivered successfully. You will keep stakeholders aligned, monitor performance and quality, and help teams respond quickly to changing project requirements.
This role is suited to highly organized professionals who can balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution. You will lead cross-functional collaboration, manage risks and escalations, and drive process improvements that support reliable, scalable delivery across global programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of Data Annotation Lab projects.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource-allocation strategies.
- Coordinate with Operations, Quality, Training, and stakeholder teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Monitor project performance, productivity, quality metrics, and service-level agreements.
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Manage project escalations and drive timely issue resolution.
- Analyze operational data and prepare reports to support business decisions.
- Maintain project documentation, workflows, and operational standards.
- Support onboarding and enablement initiatives for contributors and project teams.
- Drive continuous-improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute client requirements successfully.
Preferred Experience

- Project management or program management.
- Data annotation, AI operations, or content operations.
- BPO, business operations, or customer-experience environments.
- Managing remote and distributed teams.
- Stakeholder management and client-facing operations.
- Productivity reporting, KPI management, and quality monitoring.

- Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.
- Remote-work environments and asynchronous collaboration.
Education and Expertise
Candidates with educational backgrounds or professional experience in one or more of the following disciplines are encouraged to apply:
