Role Overview
Agents Only Technologies Inc. is seeking a Project Manager (DAL) to oversee the successful execution of Data Annotation Lab (DAL) programs and initiatives. This role is responsible for coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, monitoring project performance, and ensuring deliverables meet quality and operational requirements.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position collaborates closely with operations, quality, training, and client-facing teams to ensure successful project delivery and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of Data Annotation Lab (DAL) projects.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate with operations, quality, training, and stakeholder teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Monitor project performance, productivity, quality metrics, and service level agreements.
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Facilitate meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Manage project escalations and drive issue resolution.
- Analyze operational data and generate reports to support decision-making.
- Maintain project documentation, workflows, and process standards.
- Support onboarding and enablement initiatives for contributors and project teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of client requirements.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in one or more of the following are encouraged to apply:
- Project management or program management.
- Data annotation, AI operations, or content operations.
- BPO, business operations, or customer experience environments.
- Managing remote and distributed teams.
- Stakeholder management and client-facing operations.
- Productivity reporting, KPI management, and quality monitoring.
- Project management tools and collaboration platforms.
- Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.
- Remote work environments and asynchronous collaboration.
Education/Expertise
Candidates with educational backgrounds or experience in one or more of the following areas are encouraged to apply:

Equivalent professional experience may also be considered.
Certifications
