Role Overview
As an Outbound Calling Representative, you will connect with prospective clients, understand their needs, and determine whether they meet campaign qualification criteria. You will use approved messaging, communicate professionally, and help ensure qualified prospects are transferred smoothly to the appropriate specialist.
This role is suited to confident communicators with outbound sales or collections experience who can work toward clear performance goals. You will maintain accurate records, follow campaign procedures, and deliver a respectful customer experience in a focused remote-work environment.

Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using approved scripts and campaign guidelines. Deliver clear introductions, communicate key messaging, and handle objections effectively.
- Assess prospects’ unsecured-debt balances and monthly-payment obligations.
- Transfer qualified prospects to specialists based on established campaign criteria.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality targets, including successful-transfer goals.
- Maintain accurate call records while adhering to campaign procedures and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, sales, collections, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Currently residing in the Philippines.</li> <li>Clear speaking voice and confidence communicating on recorded calls.
- Strong active-listening, communication, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve performance targets.
- Availability to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
- Dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free remote-work environment.
- Willingness to complete a voice assessment as part of the application process.
