Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Learning Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve learning experiences that support onboarding, workforce development, and operational excellence across global teams.
In this role, you will combine instructional design, facilitation, content development, and program management to ensure learners acquire the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to succeed. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create engaging learning experiences that drive measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Learning Delivery & Facilitation
- Facilitate engaging virtual instructor-led training sessions for remote audiences
- Guide learners through onboarding and development programs
- Create interactive learning experiences that promote participation and engagement
- Provide coaching and support throughout training initiatives
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages collaboration and knowledge sharing
Instructional Design & Content Development
- Design and develop training programs using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Create presentations, job aids, assessments, guides, and digital learning materials
- Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs
- Maintain and update learning content to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
- Support knowledge management and documentation initiatives
Program Management & Continuous Improvement
- Manage learning materials and training records within learning platforms
- Track learner progress and measure training effectiveness
- Analyze feedback and performance metrics to improve learning outcomes
- Recommend new learning approaches, tools, and best practices
- Support workforce enablement and ongoing professional development initiatives
Required Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Learning and Development, Corporate Training, Instructional Design, or related fields
- Experience facilitating virtual training programs for remote audiences
- Experience designing and developing learning content from concept through implementation
- Experience supporting onboarding, workforce enablement, or professional development programs
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training technologies
Required Skills
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Instructional design and curriculum development expertise
- Ability to engage and motivate remote learners
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience creating digital learning assets and multimedia content
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate learning outcomes and drive improvements
- Proficiency with virtual collaboration and learning technologies
Education/Expertise
Candidates with educational background, certifications, or professional experience in one or more of the following areas are encouraged to apply:
