Role Overview

As Agents Only Technologies continues its global expansion, we are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our worldwide recruitment function, overseeing workforce planning, employer branding, sourcing strategy, recruitment operations, and talent analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy

  • Develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce planning.
  • Design scalable recruitment models to support enterprise growth, global expansion, and high-volume hiring initiatives.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines across technical, corporate, multilingual, AI, and executive functions.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies using AI-enabled recruiting tools, market intelligence, talent communities, and strategic partnerships.
  • Lead workforce planning initiatives in collaboration with executive leadership and business stakeholders.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global Talent Acquisition organization.
  • Establish performance standards, coaching frameworks, and career development programs for recruitment teams.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage organizational design, resource allocation, hiring capacity, and succession planning within the Talent Acquisition function.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention within the recruitment organization.

Recruitment Operations

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations for corporate, technical, executive, and high-volume hiring.
  • Standardize recruitment processes, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality assurance measures across regions.
  • Ensure consistent, compliant, and efficient hiring practices globally.
  • Optimize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment technologies, automation tools, and reporting dashboards.
  • Lead recruitment governance, process documentation, and operational excellence initiatives.

Global Workforce & Community Recruitment

  • Develop community-based recruitment strategies to build scalable global talent pools for AI projects.
  • Oversee regional recruitment programs across ASEAN, LATAM, EMEA, North America, and other strategic markets.
  • Implement workforce forecasting and deployment strategies for multilingual and specialized talent.
  • Ensure readiness of talent communities to meet evolving client demands.

Employer Branding & Talent Marketing

  • Develop and execute global employer branding initiatives to strengthen market presence.
  • Partner with Marketing and Community teams to promote Agents Only Technologies as an employer of choice.
  • Leverage digital recruitment campaigns, social media, referral programs, and strategic partnerships to attract top talent.
  • Enhance candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Stakeholder & Client Partnership

  • Partner with Executive Leadership to align hiring priorities with business strategy.
  • Collaborate with Client Services and Operations to forecast hiring demand and workforce capacity.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on talent acquisition strategy, labor market trends, and workforce risks.
  • Support client presentations, workforce planning discussions, and strategic hiring initiatives.

Talent Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop executive dashboards and recruitment metrics to measure organizational performance.
  • Monitor key recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, source effectiveness, pipeline conversion, diversity metrics, recruiter productivity, and hiring manager satisfaction.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify trends, optimize processes, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Present recruitment performance and workforce insights to executive leadership.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, hiring regulations, data privacy requirements, and global recruitment standards.
  • Develop recruitment policies, governance frameworks, and audit processes.
  • Manage vendor relationships, recruitment agencies, job boards, and external recruitment partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven success leading global recruitment organizations supporting high-growth, multinational businesses.
  • Extensive experience managing technical, executive, corporate, and high-volume recruitment.
  • Experience supporting AI, technology, outsourcing, BPO, SaaS, consulting, or professional services organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of workforce planning, employer branding, talent intelligence, and recruitment operations.
  • Experience leading geographically distributed teams across multiple regions.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing recruitment budgets and vendor relationships.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for AI, machine learning, data annotation, software engineering, or technology organizations.
  • Experience building global talent communities and workforce ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered sourcing tools, recruitment automation, and advanced talent analytics.
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter Certification, or Talent Acquisition certifications.
  • Experience scaling recruitment operations in startup or hyper-growth environments.
