Role Overview
Agents Only Technologies is seeking an experienced DAL Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and optimization of contributor evaluation systems, vetting infrastructure, and workflow automation platforms. This role combines technical leadership, full-stack engineering expertise, and operational systems design to create scalable solutions that support contributor quality, assessment frameworks, onboarding workflows, and performance analytics.
As a DAL Technical Lead, you will own the end-to-end architecture of contributor evaluation and operational infrastructure while serving as a hands-on technical leader responsible for building and deploying production-grade systems that power talent operations at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Contributor Vetting & Assessment Infrastructure
- Design and scale contributor vetting workflows, qualification frameworks, assessments, and benchmark evaluations.
- Develop standardized scoring methodologies, calibration mechanisms, and quality assurance processes.
- Implement fraud detection controls, acceptance criteria, and requalification programs to maintain contributor quality standards.
- Create scalable evaluation systems that support both technical and non-technical contributor roles.
Full-Stack Development & Platform Engineering
- Design, build, and maintain end-to-end vetting platforms, APIs, and workflow automation systems.
- Develop scalable backend services using modern frameworks and cloud-native technologies.
- Build intuitive dashboards and reporting tools that provide operational visibility and performance insights.
- Lead application deployment, monitoring, and maintenance across cloud environments.
Operational Analytics & Process Optimization
- Build reporting infrastructure that tracks funnel performance, onboarding effectiveness, and evaluation outcomes.
- Analyze operational metrics to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Develop automated solutions that improve scalability, efficiency, and contributor experience.
- Partner with operations, recruitment, and quality teams to optimize workflows through technology.
Technical Leadership
- Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and system design principles.
- Mentor developers and contribute to technical decision-making across projects.
- Drive architectural discussions and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, QA, and business stakeholders.
Required Experience
- 4+ years of experience developing and deploying production-grade full-stack applications.
- Experience designing scalable web applications, APIs, databases, and cloud-based systems.
- Proven experience working in Agile development environments.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, automation, and operational scalability.
- Experience supporting contributor operations, assessment systems, workforce platforms, or talent ecosystems is highly preferred.
- 4+ years of experience developing and deploying production-grade full-stack applications.
- Experience designing scalable web applications, APIs, databases, and cloud-based systems.
- Proven experience working in Agile development environments.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, automation, and operational scalability.
- Experience supporting contributor operations, assessment systems, workforce platforms, or talent ecosystems is highly preferred.

Education/Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field preferred.
- Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
- Demonstrated expertise in building scalable software systems, cloud infrastructure, and workflow automation platforms.
- Experience with AI-powered applications, contributor ecosystems, workforce operations, or talent marketplaces is a significant advantage.
