Role Overview
Agents Only Technologies Inc. is seeking a Content Development Specialist to create, manage, and optimize engaging content that supports community growth, talent acquisition, branding initiatives, and business communications. This role plays an important part in developing content strategies that strengthen brand visibility, foster engagement, and deliver clear, impactful messaging across multiple channels.
The ideal candidate combines creativity with strong writing and organizational skills and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This position works closely with branding, sourcing, operations, and community teams to support key initiatives and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, write, and edit content for social media, websites, newsletters, blogs, announcements, presentations, and other communication channels.
- Create content that aligns with brand guidelines and organizational objectives.
- Support recruitment marketing, community engagement, and branding campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand communication needs and develop effective messaging.
- Maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content assets.
- Conduct research on industry trends and audience insights to support content strategies.
- Optimize content for readability, engagement, and search visibility where applicable.
- Review and proofread materials to ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy.
- Assist in developing visual content concepts and coordinating with design teams when needed.
- Track content performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support internal communications and special projects as required.
- Ensure content complies with organizational standards and platform requirements.
