Role Overview

Agents Only Technologies Inc. is seeking Multilingual Transcriptionist and Voice Data Contributors to support active voice and language data projects. Contributors will participate in voice recording activities, transcribe recorded conversations, and complete language-focused review tasks according to project guidelines.

• Fulah
• Kurdish
• Pashto
• Quechua
• Crimean Tatar

Language fluency is required for the recording and transcription activities associated with this project.

Responsibilities

As a Multilingual Transcriptionist and Voice Data Contributor, you will:

Voice Recording

• Participate in natural or scripted conversations with another contributor or complete individual recording prompts.
• Record clear and intelligible audio using a smartphone, headset, or computer microphone.
• Follow project-specific recording and audio-quality guidelines.
• Complete assigned recording sessions within project timelines.
• Review and revise recordings when requested based on quality feedback.

Transcription and Review

• Accurately transcribe recorded conversations and audio content.
• Identify speaker changes and follow applicable timestamp and formatting requirements.
• Produce transcripts that accurately reflect the recorded audio.
• Review completed transcripts for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Apply project-specific transcription and annotation standards.

Quality and Process

• Maintain strong accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
• Follow established project workflows and quality assurance procedures.
• Escalate unclear recordings, transcription issues, or language-related questions when needed.
• Handle project information professionally and maintain confidentiality.

What You Need

• Strong conversational fluency in Fulah, Kurdish, Pashto, Quechua, or Crimean Tatar.
• Basic reading and writing ability in the supported language for transcription tasks.
• Basic English reading comprehension for project instructions and guidelines.
• Reliable internet connection.
• Smartphone, tablet, or computer with a working microphone.
• A quiet environment suitable for voice recording.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to complete required consent and participation documentation.

Nice to Have‍

• Previous freelance, remote, or project-based experience.
• Experience with audio recording, transcription, annotation, or language-related projects.
• Experience contributing to data collection or quality review projects.
• Ability to contribute in more than one supported language.
