Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Software Engineers and Coding Experts to support advanced software engineering and code evaluation projects, ideal for developers with deep expertise in Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, Go, C#, Rust, or similar languages.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate code for correctness, maintainability, efficiency, and security
- Identify bugs, edge cases, and logical inconsistencies in software solutions
- Compare and rank alternative implementations based on quality and performance
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code when required
- Analyze software architecture, design patterns, and implementation tradeoffs
- Debug and troubleshoot issues across multiple languages and frameworks
- Document findings and provide clear technical rationale for recommendations
Qualifications
- Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field
- Equivalent professional experience will also be considered
Required Experience
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience building and supporting production-grade applications and systems
- Experience with code reviews, debugging, testing, and software design
- Experience using Git and modern software development practices
Language Proficiency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English required
Preferred Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, C++, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, C#, Rust, or other modern languages
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and OOP principles
- Software architecture, design patterns, and secure coding practices
- Unit testing and quality assurance methodologies
