Role Overview
As an SBS Labelling Data Annotator, you will review location-based feedback on a short-form video platform and compare it with reviews of the same place on an online maps and reviews platform. You will apply detailed project guidelines to verify that both sources refer to the same location, identify similarities and differences, and write clear, objective summaries that help show how people experience places.
This role is suited to detail-oriented individuals with strong English writing skills, familiarity with short-form video and online review platforms, and the ability to work independently in a structured, quality-focused environment. This project is open only to candidates currently based in the United States.

Key Responsibilities
- Review location-based feedback on a short-form video platform according to project guidelines.
- Review reviews of the same location on an online maps and reviews platform.
- Verify that both sources refer to the same place before proceeding with evaluation.
- Identify similarities and differences between the two sources.
- Write clear, concise, and objective summaries of your findings.
- Apply labeling standards consistently across assigned tasks.
- Escalate unclear, ambiguous, or mismatched cases when appropriate.
- Follow detailed instructions and established workflows.
- Perform quality checks before task submission.
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project standards.
- Meet established productivity and quality expectations.
- Handle project-related information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Currently based in the United States.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Strong English reading-comprehension and written-communication skills.
- Familiarity with short-form video platforms and online maps and review platforms.
- Ability to write objective, well-structured summaries.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot differences between sources.
- Ability to follow structured guidelines and evaluation criteria.
- Reliable internet connection and access to the required devices.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in data annotation, content review, quality assurance, moderation, research, or similar work is preferred but not required.
