Role Overview
As a Psychologist or Behavioral Science Expert, you will bring evidence-based insight to projects involving communication quality, behavioral patterns, and human-centered evaluation. You will examine how content may be interpreted in context, assess its emotional and interpersonal impact, and provide thoughtful, well-supported feedback.
This role is suited to professionals who can apply psychological and behavioral science principles with sound judgment, sensitivity, and analytical rigor. You will contribute to research, evaluation, and user-experience initiatives that require nuanced reasoning and consistent standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate content for tone, empathy, emotional appropriateness, and consistency.
- Analyze behavioral and cognitive aspects of communication and interactions.
- Assess sensitive content involving mental health, well-being, and human behavior.
- Identify potentially harmful, biased, or inappropriate outputs and provide supporting rationale.
- Compare and rank alternative responses and communication styles.
- Evaluate content using evidence-based principles and established frameworks.
- Document findings and provide clear explanations for evaluations.
- Support projects involving behavioral analysis, user experience, and human-centered communication.
Qualifications
- Educational background in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Cognitive Science, Neuroscience, Human Factors, User Experience Research, or a related discipline.
- Advanced degrees, such as a master’s degree, PsyD, or PhD, are highly valued.
- Experience in clinical practice, academic research, user research, or behavioral science programs is strongly preferred.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in psychology, behavioral science, cognitive science, user research, or related disciplines.
- Experience conducting assessments, research, or evidence-based evaluations.
- Experience interpreting behavioral patterns, emotional responses, or communication dynamics.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience working with sensitive subject matter while maintaining professional standards.
Language Proficiency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
