Role Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented PowerPoint (PPT) Data Annotators to support document and presentation data operations projects, reviewing, analyzing, and labeling information contained within presentation files across domains including Finance, Consulting, Academic, Healthcare, and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Review PowerPoint presentations and related content according to project guidelines
- Identify, classify, and label information contained within slides and presentation elements
- Analyze text, tables, charts, images, and layouts based on established criteria
- Extract and organize relevant information from presentation materials
- Apply annotation standards consistently across assigned tasks
- Perform self-review and validation prior to task submission
- Escalate unclear, ambiguous, or complex cases when appropriate
Qualifications
- Subject matter familiarity in Finance, Consulting, Academic, Healthcare, or Marketing domains encouraged
- No specific degree required
Required Experience
- Experience working with presentations, reports, spreadsheets, or similar structured content
- Experience in data annotation, document review, content analysis, or quality assurance preferred
- Previous experience in remote or project-based environments is a plus
Language Proficiency
- Strong reading comprehension and written communication skills in English required
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint or similar presentation tools
- Ability to analyze information presented in text, tables, charts, and diagrams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer
