Role Overview
We are building a global community of multilingual voice contributors for a Podcast Recording Project. Contributors will participate in natural, engaging, two-person conversations that capture authentic dialogue, varied tones, and genuine emotional expressions.
Key Responsibilities
As a Multilingual Podcast Recording Contributor, you will:
- Participate in natural, unscripted conversations with another contributor.
- Complete approximately one hour of audio recording per group.
- Maintain active engagement and demonstrate natural tonal and emotional variations.
- Follow recording guidelines and use the designated AIDP platform.
- Ensure clear audio quality and compliance with project standards.
What You Bring
- Native-level proficiency in the target language.
- Minimum B2 English proficiency.
- Comfortable participating in one-hour voice conversations.
- Access to a quiet recording environment and a reliable microphone.
- Previous experience in TTS, ASR, S2S Elo, podcasting, or audio recording is preferred.
No professional acting experience is required. Conversations should feel natural and spontaneous, like a casual chat between friends.
Available Languages
- Priority Markets: English (Global), Japanese, Korean, Mexican Spanish, Indonesian, German, Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, French, Tagalog/Filipino, and Thai.
- P1 – Priority 1: Russian, Arabic, Malay, Vietnamese, Turkish, Portuguese, Dutch, Swedish, and Polish.

How will you be paid?
- You will be paid per approved case.
- A case must pass QA/client review to be eligible for payment.
- The final case rate is still subject to client confirmation and will be based on the average handling time (AHT).
- You will be paid per approved case, with payment based on the agreed average handling time (AHT) and target productivity established with the client.
