Role Overview
As a Legal Expert or Attorney, you will apply legal research, document-review, and analytical skills to evaluate legal content and complex compliance-related materials. You will assess the quality of legal reasoning, verify supporting authorities, and provide clear, well-documented findings.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate legal documents, summaries, and research materials for accuracy and completeness.
- Verify legal citations, references, and supporting authorities.
- Analyze contracts, policies, regulatory content, and legal narratives.
- Identify inconsistencies, unsupported claims, and inaccurate references.
- Compare and rank alternative legal responses and documentation.
- Apply legal reasoning and professional judgment to complex legal scenarios.
- Document findings and provide clear rationale for evaluations.
- Maintain consistency with legal principles, standards, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Educational background in Law, including a Juris Doctor, LLB, LLM, or equivalent legal degree.
- Active bar membership, legal certifications, and advanced legal credentials are highly valued.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in legal practice, legal operations, compliance, or legal research.
- Experience drafting, reviewing, or analyzing legal documents and contracts.
- Experience conducting legal research and interpreting statutes, regulations, and case law.
- Experience working with complex legal matters and professional standards.
- Experience supporting compliance, governance, investigations, or regulatory matters is preferred.
Language Proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
