Role Overview
As a Generalist Data Annotator, you will review and label datasets that may include text, images, audio, and video. You will apply structured project guidelines, identify inconsistencies, and help produce accurate training data for machine-learning and AI systems.
This role is suited to detail-oriented individuals who enjoy organized, independent work. You will complete project tasks remotely, maintain quality standards, and contribute to data-operations initiatives across a variety of industries and content types.

Key Responsibilities
- Categorize, tag, and label datasets including text, images, audio, and video according to project guidelines.
- Review datasets to identify errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and apply corrections as instructed.
- Deliver accurate, high-quality work while meeting established quality standards and project deadlines.
- Complete required onboarding, training, and calibration activities for assigned projects.
- Maintain confidentiality by protecting client data and following security and compliance protocols.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to completing tasks.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Reliable computer and stable internet connection.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage workloads remotely.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in data annotation, content moderation, quality assurance, or data entry.
- Confidence using spreadsheets and online collaboration tools.
- Additional language skills that support multilingual annotation projects.
