Role Overview
As a Spanish Data Annotator (Tier 2), you will review, analyze, evaluate, and annotate Spanish-language content for multilingual data-operations projects. You will apply detailed project guidelines to classify information, assess content quality, and produce accurate outputs that support language technologies and data-driven initiatives.
This role is suited to analytical professionals with strong Spanish-language skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a structured, quality-focused environment. Projects may include specialized content across Legal, Finance, Healthcare, STEM, Linguistics, Research, and other professional domains.

Key Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and evaluate Spanish-language content according to project guidelines.
- Identify, classify, and categorize information based on established criteria.
- Apply annotation standards consistently across assigned tasks.
- Document findings and provide supporting rationale when required.
- Identify supporting evidence within content and record findings accurately.
- Escalate unclear, ambiguous, or complex cases when appropriate.
- Follow detailed instructions and established workflows.
- Perform quality checks and validation before task submission.
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project standards.
- Meet established productivity and quality expectations.
- Handle project-related information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Contribute to maintaining reliable and high-quality project outputs.
Qualifications
- Native or professional-level proficiency in Spanish.
- Strong English reading-comprehension and written-communication skills.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Education, training, or professional experience in Legal, Finance, Healthcare, Linguistics, Communications, Translation and Localization, STEM, Research, Data Analysis, or Content Evaluation is an advantage.
- Previous experience in data annotation, content review, quality assurance, moderation, localization, research, or similar work is preferred but not required.
