Role Overview
Agents Only Technologies Inc. is seeking Language Experts to support the General Multilingual Rubrics (GMR) project.
This project focuses on developing and evaluating high-quality multilingual rubrics and AI-generated responses across different languages and domains. Contributors will review multilingual content, apply detailed evaluation criteria, assess response quality, and help ensure that outputs meet established standards for accuracy, relevance, consistency, and cultural appropriateness. This is an ongoing opportunity, with project availability and task volume varying based on business requirements.

Responsibilities
As a Language Expert, you will:
- Review and evaluate multilingual content and AI-generated responses.
- Apply project-specific rubrics and evaluation guidelines consistently.
- Assess responses for accuracy, relevance, clarity, completeness, and language quality.
- Compare multiple responses and identify differences in quality.
- Review and improve multilingual evaluation criteria where required.
- Identify linguistic, cultural, contextual, or factual issues in content.
- Provide structured feedback based on established guidelines.
- Support quality assurance and consistency across assigned tasks.
- Complete assigned evaluations accurately within project timelines.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow all applicable project and data-handling requirements.

Preferred qualifications include:
- Strong written proficiency in the applicable project language.
- Excellent reading comprehension and attention to detail.
- Ability to evaluate content objectively using structured criteria.
- Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, meaning, and language conventions.
- Awareness of cultural and regional language nuances.
- Previous experience in one or more of the following is beneficial:
- Linguistic evaluation
- Translation or localization
- Content moderation
- Quality assurance

- AI response evaluation
- Editorial or proofreading work
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer.
- Ability to follow detailed written guidelines and maintain consistent quality.
Education / Expertise
Candidates with educational background or professional experience in one or more of the following areas are encouraged to apply:
