Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Data Scientists and Machine Learning Experts to support advanced analytical, evaluation, and model-related projects, ideal for professionals with expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate technical outputs for accuracy, consistency, and quality
- Analyze statistical models, machine learning concepts, and quantitative methodologies
- Assess explanations, reasoning, and recommendations involving predictive models
- Compare and rank alternative approaches based on technical merit and soundness
- Identify inconsistencies, logical issues, and unsupported conclusions
- Document findings and provide clear rationale for evaluations
- Support projects involving data analysis, model assessment, and quantitative reasoning
Qualifications
- Advanced degrees (Master's or PhD) in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Statistics highly valued
- Experience in research, industry, consulting, or academic environments strongly preferred
Required Experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, analytics, or related technical fields
- Experience building, evaluating, or deploying machine learning models
- Experience conducting statistical analysis and quantitative research
- Experience working with structured and unstructured datasets
Language Proficiency
- Excellent written communication and technical documentation skills in English required
Preferred Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with R or similar analytical languages
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, or equivalent tools
- Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and predictive modeling
- Familiarity with feature engineering, model evaluation, and performance metrics
