Role Overview
As a Vibe Coding Junior Specialist, you will use AI-assisted development tools to create, improve, test, and maintain software solutions. You will work with senior team members to turn requirements into structured workflows, review results, and contribute to reliable, high-quality project delivery.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, experimenting with AI-powered coding workflows, and continuously learning new technologies. You will gain practical experience with modern AI coding platforms while developing strong habits in testing, quality review, and collaborative software development.

Key Responsibilities
- Use AI-assisted coding tools to create and improve software solutions.
- Create structured prompt trajectories for development and workflow scenarios.
- Review, test, and improve AI-generated code and outputs for quality, accuracy, and maintainability.
- Organize complex tasks into clear AI-powered development workflows.
- Follow detailed project guidelines, coding standards, and quality requirements.
- Document work, findings, and recommended improvements when required.
- Collaborate with senior team members and project teams to deliver consistent results.
- Continue learning new tools, technologies, and AI-assisted development practices.
Qualifications
- Excellent English communication and comprehension skills.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical-thinking, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Interest in software development, AI tools, and modern coding workflows.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of programming concepts, software-development practices, or web development is preferred.
- Experience in prompt engineering, vibe coding, or AI-workflow design is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet project deadlines.
